This overnight chia seed pudding recipe will for sure become your go-to busy morning breakfast! Why you ask? Well, for starters, it only takes it’s only 5-ingredients and only takes 10 minutes to prep! Just let that sink in for a moment…. 😍 Okay, second, all the magic happens after you pop it in the refrigerator to chillax overnight! No cooking, nothing! Say whaaaaaaat?!  😎 So do you know what that means? That’s less work for you in the mornin’! #winning!

If your mornings seem to go at lightning speed and you never seem to have enough time to prepare breakfast, this overnight chia seed pudding is a must!

Overnight Chia Seed Pudding ingredients

One thing I love about this recipe is that it is a very simple, neutral flavored version of a chia seed pudding so you can essentially put any topping combination you want on it and it will still taste AMAZEBALLS. I personally love topping it with almond slivers, raspberries, and coconut flakes! I also made one topped with strawberries and cocoa nibs for that chocolate covered strawberry taste! 🤤

Because this recipe is so simple, it gives you the freedom and flexibility to add more flavors into the pudding itself making it a perfect option for picky eaters or even kids!

Here are some of my favorite flavored pudding combinations:

 

Raspberry Coconut

½ cup raspberries

⅓ cup coconut shavings

 

PB&J

3 tbs nut butter

3 tbs berry jam

 

Chocolate Banana

1 sliced banana

¼ cup cocoa powder

 

*When adding the flavors into the pudding mix, whisk the ingredients into the liquid before adding the chia  seeds!

Ingredients

 
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp maple syrup
  • ¼ cup Super Youth Collagen
  • ½ cup Chia Seeds
  • 2 cups Almond Milk
 

Directions

 
  1. Whisk together almond milk, Super Youth Collagen, vanilla extract, and maple syrup in a large mixing bowl
  2. *Add flavor combinations into the mixture if you'd prefer a flavored pudding, otherwise, skip this step and simply add toppings
  3. Slowly whisk in chia seeds into the mixture until fully blended
  4. Refrigerate overnight for 6-8 hours
  5. Add the toppings of your choice and serve cold!
