Well, I say I love the products but now because they took the money out of my account and I have no product and I have had a few messages saying that they are going to work on fixing the issue and I still haven't heard anything back yet, I am rating a 3. I have been using this product for quite awhile and have had good results. There's several good reasons why I like this product. But anymore with the way the delivery has been, I don't know. Two months in a row I have had delivery issues. If there's another one, I will be canceling my subscription. And I really hate to do it just because this product has helped me out in a lot of ways with all of the collagen in it.
