SkinnyFit "Why I Love SkinnyFit" Video Contest - Official Rules

Start date: 4/29/26 - End date: 5/6/26

1. Sponsor

This promotion is sponsored by SkinnyFit, a Wellness Brands Group company ("Sponsor"). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

Create an original video approximately 30 seconds in length explaining why you love SkinnyFit and SkinnyFit products.
Email your video file (or a download link) to love@skinnyfit.com during the Contest Period with your full name and contact email in the body of the message.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

4. Contest Period

The contest begins on [start date and time, incl. time zone] and ends on [end date and time, incl. time zone] ("Contest Period").
Entries received before or after the Contest Period will not be eligible.

5. Selection and Notification of Winners

Eligible entries will be reviewed by Sponsor’s internal team based on the following criteria: authenticity of story, clarity of message, and overall alignment with the SkinnyFit brand and community.
Sponsor will select winning videos in its sole discretion.
Potential winners will be notified via the email address used to submit the entry.
If a potential winner does not respond within 3 days after the first notification attempt, or if they are found to be ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

6. Prize

Each winner will receive one (1) free SkinnyFit subscription product of their choice (from available subscription products) for twelve (12) consecutive months (approximate retail value will depend on chosen product).
The prize is non‑transferable and may not be substituted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with the prize.

7. License and Use of Submitted Content (UGC)

By submitting a video, you:

Represent and warrant that the video is your original work, that you own all rights in it, and that it does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party.
Grant Sponsor and its affiliates a perpetual, worldwide, royalty‑free, non‑exclusive, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify (such as for formatting, cropping, or minor editing), publish, display, distribute, and otherwise exploit the video, your name, likeness, voice, and statements from the video, in any media now known or later developed, including but not limited to Sponsor’s website, email, organic social media, paid advertising, and other marketing materials.
Acknowledge that you will not be entitled to any additional compensation beyond the opportunity to receive the prize, even if your content is used in marketing materials.

8. Content Guidelines

Entries must not:

Contain any false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or offensive content;
Include third-party trademarks, logos, music, or copyrighted material without permission;
Promote unsafe, illegal, or abusive behavior or make unapproved health or medical claims.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it determines, in its sole discretion, does not comply with these guidelines.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the contest or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the contest; (b) technical errors; (c) printing or typographical errors; (d) late, lost, or undeliverable email; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from your participation in the contest or receipt or use of any prize.

11. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at [link to SkinnyFit privacy policy]. By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purposes of administering the contest and, if you are a winner, for prize fulfillment and reasonable publicity related to the contest.

12. Governing Law

The contest and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
